Employers are now seen as the next post-secondary college and need to have early conversations about workplace expectations. Almost 50% of upcoming college graduates are more likely to apply for a job that offers employer-provided professional development and upskilling resources. This desire for L&D opportunities is particularly common among Gen Z workers, who recognize the need to refresh their skills at a faster pace.
